I did a quick craigslist and autotrader search and most similar cars (Manual, GT, local area) were around 11-13k.

I'm looking at an '06 LGT with 104k miles.
I know it will need the timing belt and water pump done soon, as well as some minor bodywork (some dents on doors and a small rust spot on the quarter...
