The rear endlinks are a little longer than the fronts, you have them in the right places?

Otherwise you need a different bar or shorter endlinks.

Yes there are marks on the flange of the bolt. The two marks at 180 degrees should be vertical and all the other marks facing in for max negative camber.

Yes the sti hubs and everything will work fine as long as you are using the sti struts. If you're doing a swap and using an R180 rear diff you will want to go that way anyhow or the axles won't work....
