Have you test driven an IS? I did and the interior is severely smaller than a 5th gen Legacy. Also, there is a stupid hump in the driver side by the right leg. It really annoyed me.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be PNP. You can prob tap power from where your current mirror is getting it from, but you'd have to run all the wiring to the back of the car to the camera.
