My first guess would be a drive shaft bearing....

My first guess would be a drive shaft bearing. The harmonics at that speed must be just right and it makes the humming sound.

I removed the stock muffler and welded in a Borla Stailess muffler. The Magnaflow glasspack was to replace my stock resonator but it made to much noise so I took it out and replaced it with the stock...

To be honest with you its really not that big a deal thats just a pin hole in the weld. Either all the water will exit the exit the muffler or leak out through the pin hole. I wouldn't worry about...
