Front left wheel rumbles from time to time on highway - it seems like the caliper gets stuck every once in a while... why?

Recently I took the car to the shop and did a 4 wheel alignment with rotation. After coming back, I noticed the front left wheel is way warmer than the others. Not burning hot like a fully stuck...

Recently I've noticed that my car idles when starting at about 1600 - if I wait in the car for 2-3 minutes for it to warm, the car will stay at 1600.

If I blip the motor, the car will come back...
