  1. Silver? Roof Racks? Probably me. Saw 2 SWP GT wagons headed 101 south out of SF today.
  2. One of the more common reasons for this is a hole in the condensor. It only takes a pinhole to do it. If you look at the front of the car, everything you see that looks like a radiator is really a combined condensor/radiator. Whole thing needs to be replaced if that is the issue. This is not covered under warrenty, it's wear and tear, like a busted windsheild. I learned all this the hard way.
  3. To do it right you'll either need to buy spacers or build them, this will open up a lot more speaker options. I thought the pre-made ones were a bit expensive, so I built my own out of MDF. A jigsaw and a drill are pretty much all you need. Total cost to build, about $10, took me a few hours to design, cut, and trim them. I've also heard of one guy who cut the speakers out of the stock spacers and used them to mount the new ones.
  4. White LGT sedan headed down 101 south this morning, ran with you from 92 on for a bit.
  5. No way dude, I spotted you in San Mateo on your way to the noodle house. I am da wiener.
  6. Okay, who works in Mountain View near the Best Buy on Charleston? Saw you the other day. Now I found you parked a few blocks from my work today. ABP sedan, lowered with nice gray rims and Falken Azenis. Megan Racing exhaust too. Wow, that exhuast is louder than I thought it would be.
  7. Just saw a ABP sedan, lowered, wheels I think, only got a quick glance. Exhaust I'm pretty sure, heard you go for a bit. Spotted you headed down Leghorn in Mountain View, right near the Crispy Cream.

  9. PM me if you are going to be around this area. I live on S. 5th and Grant (hence me walking around downtown). I'd be happy to talk shop, check out the rides. KW's coming this week. Santa Ramen? I just moved here, nice place to eat or soemthing?
  10. ^ Headed north on B St. & 4th, maybe Ellsworth? Didn't see if you turned on 3rd or not. I was walking, so you didn't miss my LGT. Nice car BTW.
  11. Black LGT wagon with a body kit, tinted windows, and exhaust in downtown San Mateo last night around 7:30. Looked lowered too, did not see if it had wheels on not.
  12. WooHoo! I've been looking for year, and that is the first time I've seen/been seen by a LGT.com person!
  13. Sounds like me. I saw silver sedan lowered/wheels, got off 101N in Palo Alto. I waived, don't know if you saw it.
  14. This could be posted already in the previous 57 pages I'm not willing to read, but..... Make sure you use a stereo plug coming out of the board. I thought I was being all cool by using a sheilded mini to rca adapter then a rca cord out of the stereo. The adapter wasn't stereo, and thus when I hooked it up in the car, only the left channel worked. Replacing with a normal long mini to rca adapter worked great. I now know you can tell if a mini pin is stereo or not if it has two plastic rings on it, not one.
