  1. Really? Thats awesome! Looks like JDM or EDM(If I can find some) HID is in order for me! So all that needs to be done is the shield flip? Then for the autoleveling, I follow this walk through and auto leveling factory HID!! w00h00
  2. I put rx330 projectors into my stock light, but they form condensation when it rains... I have re glued them three times... This is why I just want to get factory sealed EDM HID, that way I don't have to open them up
  3. Yeah... thats what sucks lol I guess I will have to reopen them, clean out as much glue as possible and put them back together... again...4th time is the charm?
  4. Well you live in Socal! It only rains a few times a month! It always humid here, and rains frequently... unfortunately... I wish that I could order a set of JDM factory LHD HID... It would be so much easier
  5. I have tried the silica gel and they didn't work Like today... I washed my car and tried to replicate the condensation. I turned the headlights on and sprayed the hose at them for a few minutes. Washed the car and when I was done, both headlights had moisture in them > GRRRRRRRRRRRR I wouldn't mind if the headlights came off the car easier! Its a pain having to remove the bumper every time to get them out! I wish that I could get 100% of the glue off the housing and lens... but that would be impossible without damaging them. I guess that I will order some clear lenses (anyone know where I can get some?) and try it again. How long does it take for the Butyl rubber to dry and bond? Maybe my problem is that I am not letting it sit long enough? Any suggestions on how to get most of the glue off the housing/lens? It would also be nicer if there where more screws on the lens to create a more even seal!
  6. I love my RX330 projectors... but... I have pretty much had it with condensation building up when the lights get wet... Water is not getting into the headlights, but when ever the headlights are on, and they get wet, fog builds up inside... I have resealed both lights 3 times, removing ALL the old glue (Which is a PITA!!!) and using new glue the Nissan OEM butyl rubber. I have even used the clear sealant around the entire housing, made sure that the vents are clear (I used the vents from a set of 300M headlights I have that have a rubber hose with a small cotton thing inside that breath way better than the caps from OEM) made sure the gasket for the wires is in right, and made sure the dust caps are on tight... It is very annoying! I am almost to the point, of putting the stock headlights back! Any Ideas? I read on HIDplanet, that the headlights may need additional vents, but I really dont want to drill holes on the bottom and backs of the assembly so dust/dirt can get in. What should I do I don't want to lose my HID!
  7. I want to get new ballast's so I can run the wire through the grommet. I have Denso ballasts right now that the power wire runs through the grommet but the bulb wire runs through the cap and is sealed. I want to get a factory ballast that has a bulb wire that can be disconnected from the ballast so I can run it through the grommet. The Denso wire does not disconnect from the ballast. What I would really like, is to find a set of RHD factory HID!
  8. The RX330 swap is awesome Only thing that isn't for me is the fogging when it rains I have resealed them twice and the second time, I scraped out all the old glue and used new glue, but I think that it has something to do with the 08+ Headlight design... It doesn't breath very well because the they did it when they where stock too... Its not really a big deal, it just drives me nuts because it only happens when it rains or gets wet and its still a bit cold... When the summer comes, Im hoping that the problem goes away! Subaru says a little bit of condensation is normal, or as they call it, "Dew"
  9. Well, I was in dracut around 1:30 PM on 113 and I have my DRL's off, and my car is diamond dray
  10. Welcome! I live right up the street in Tewksbury!
