Can't tell you how well they will do from my experience but a lot of people from my town use those tires in the winter. I'm guessing the must do ok because I live right next to Schweitzer Mountain...

There should be a button that is sort of behind where the lever is to open the hood. I can't remember exactly what you have to do to reset the alarm system but it involves something with that...
