need help, louder exhaust !!!

all of a sudden exhaust became louder and much more
throatier.check the whole system and no leaks between
flanges or holes anywhere.
cnt dp to magnaflow muffler and greddy exhaust.
this system...

abs with cruise cel came on pulled P0500 code.
was trying to get unstuck in the snow. did alot of revving
sitting overnight, started the car and abs, cruise cel all cleared...

open source tuned, but keep getting
code 0420 (cat inefficiency).
deleted code number of times with apv1....

get the boost past stock (13psi).
he will try prodrive boost solenoid.

dealer did the ecu and relay switch exchange.
so far so good. seems stutter is also gone.
only time will tell.
oh repaired under warranty.
so go figure.
