Front rotors and calipers have been installed a month now and I must say the brakes feel great. They are much more precise and actually feel better biased than before.

That does not sound like a wheel beering issue at all. Those symptoms are more indicative of a slipping P/S belt. That is where you would get a 'squealing' sound.

A more 'grinding' sound would...
