problem is not how hard it is to make. The problem is needing the machine shop to make 50 of them. I would just never be able to recoup that cost unless I charged an absurd amount of $ for the kit....

Not going to matter at all. Not going to pull to one side either. That only happens if a caliper is stuck.

It's a hydraulic system, so that 0.003" difference just means the caliper pistons...

It will rust though after some use. If you want, you can spray some paint on there. Dont worry about overspray as the pads will wear it off fairly quickly.
