Rigid industries is one of the most reputable names in the LED industry. I currently have a set of them on my LGT. They aren't cheap but will provide great light. I would recommend their SR lights...

Ohh man that is nasty. The carpet can probably be steam cleaned and thus disinfected. My LGT was smoked in, my detailer used a "Neutralizer" in the steam/shampoo solution that made a huge difference....
