I think it's 07+ have a split folding rear seat versus just a pass through in the older ones. Definitely 08 and 09 but I'm pretty sure the 07 has it also.

Have you had the banjo bolt service done to see if there's any build up there? I have this paranoid fear of my turbo blowing up. Seen it happen and it's not pretty.
