I think the KB product is definitely fancy...

I think the KB product is definitely fancy looking but IMO is over-engineered for what it does, and the price matches that. Moroso and Covert(from IIR) are quality replacements that do the job.

No. Stock tunes will still allow 100% throttle position depending on the situation. Theres different throttle position parameters to log, look for opening angle.
