rear is intermittent by default (one swing every ~30 sec) on my car

Yes, I did. Replacing the hubs would've been too much hassle.

Initially I was a bit worried about the brake balance too, but it worked out ok.

Couple years ago I upgraded the Brighton's front brakes to 2007 N/A rotors & calipers + Hawk HPS pads - the setup works well. I have 16" rims though.

I got an replacement (DEPO) fog light from Amazon for ~$55. Works ok.
If you also need a relay and switch, then a factory fog light kit from subarugenuineparts will be the best option (~$180), imo.
