  1. Spotted my New to me 05 LGT wagon in my garage. Needed to get back into something Fun, the Crosstrek the last 3 years just isn't the same. Needs some work, engine is newer which is nice. Still daily'ing the XV, Wagon will be the weekend fun times, and something to tinker with on bored nights.
  2. were going to come out on Sunday, what class are you racing in, or group?
  3. I may come out Sunday depending on plans we have.
  4. Yep true here! The Koyo's are about 100-120 more than Mishimoto. They have about the same review on cooling but from my shop (said it was a little better in race conditions its slightly thicker IE more surface area, and the fins are shaped a little different to let air pass through easier) I don't think you are, but IF you're 5AET neither the Mishimoto, nor the Koyo have trans coolers built in so you will need to get one of those too and intall 50-70, i got the universal one from Amazon that was rated for large pick-up (because future wanna be racecar) I went Koyo because Mishimoto was on back order from Japan for 3 weeks... And this was at the end of my build, so i wanted it done ASAP
  5. I cant recommend a Koyo enough, they are fantastic radiators and my car stays chill as hell on hottest days...
  6. Hmm looks just like my GF.... http://reactiongifs.me/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ducks-laughing.gif
  7. That would work too, Plasti-Dip is good to a few hundred degrees. You can paint Exhaust tips with it, I'm sure headlights would be fine.
  8. Got a Yakima a few weeks ago, scored on CL, $100, with bike rack and ski, sold those for $90, after fixing and re-painting them. Not bad for a $10 rack, want a fairing, and basket at some point. http://i.imgur.com/Adkqturh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/71rRytBh.jpg
  9. Great write up! I assume they are pretty secure with the weight of the car pushing down on them... May take this idea and make a couple ramps :-D
