Was looking to buy a '10 OB to replace our '04 but hate the color selections, lack of folding mirrors and lack of temp gauge. We are going to live with the '04 for awhile longer.

As previously mentioned by E-Tank, definitely sounds like rear wheel bearing. One of mine was replaced under the extended warranty at 36,000 (easy) miles.

Diameter the same, correct. But exact same wear is a stretch unless the other three are bald. But you do want to have the same level of traction/grip for the AWD. Rule of thumb is replace all four...

In sport mode "drive" it will firm up the shift points by holding the revs higher. The ECU will try to learn your driving habits and adjust accordingly.
