Cold air intake worth it?

Looking to pick up a 2.5i here in a week. Wondering if anybody out there has done the cold air intake mod and if they think it's worth doing? If so, please include manufacturer :):):)

My budget is about 20-25k. I doubt we'll be stealing cars from each other, I really would like to be on the low end of those numbers and from what I've seen it'll take the top of that and maybe more....

I have a 99' Legacy GT with 90k miles. The car was essentially undriven for about 2 years, my dad would drive it about .2 miles everyday to go...
