  1. Greetings all! I just wanted to give you my long term opinion and a few remarks about Bryan. I have had this FMIC since his second GB on my 05LGT. I have been running 320WHP on a Deadbolt 18G for about 4 years now and there have been zero issues. I am as pleased now as I was day one. Well, I lied. I am happier actually. I am getting a Blouch 18G XT 7cm installed and tuned with some other items and needed some help from Bryan and he came through like I would not have expected. Bryan stands behind his product well after the sale and it is very apparent he is not just out for a quick sale and off to the next customer. He cares about what he sells and the people who buy from him. He is a great guy to deal with and can't say enough nice remarks about him. I would do it all over again. Ill post in the dyno thread after the new turbo and protune. Its funny, I had an AP V1, then a TDC Stage 2 disaster and then a Stage 3 protune from P&L then went to my Infamous OS tune and now to a AP V3 Protune. I am excited. FWIW Shamars tune was by far and hands down the best tune this car ever had. We miss him!
  2. I was tuned in the summer and when the cold air came in the fall I got the same thing from the extra boost from the colder temps. Sent Infamous a log and information and got a revision 3 months after I was tuned so he took care of it. I would definately takeit back to the dealer. Do you have an extened warranty? Plan on staying stock? Things to think about.
  3. Were you running WOT? I THINK that is boost cut. Did it feel really violent and slam hard when it happened? From the dealer...stock? This seems like an odd code if stock.

  5. The boost seemed like it was spot on from what I have seen at peak on datalogs. Temp, humidity and all that taken into account. One day was 19.xx and this weekend when it was cooler I saw 21.
  6. I was SLOW getting to the party, but all is installed and working great. I had some difficulty getting the LC-1 software to change the parameters so the guage could read the volt signal properly, but it is not an issue caused by the guage. It is like Romraider does not work on my computer, so I data log with the wife's. The inovate software would not work on hers, but did on mine. Win7 irritates me. Anyway, the guage reads slightly different at idle than what Romraider records via the external pugin. I think Romraider was 14.4 at idle and the guage was HIGH 13 or 14 even. We did not get a perfect ground when doing the install. There was some resistence in the line, so that could cause for the variance. However, under WOT the guage seems like it is right on from what I have looked at data logs. All in all a very great addidition to the overall value of this baby. As for the other functions, at first I did not like how it would hold and display peak boost and was thinking about shutting it off. However, after giving it some time it's nice to glance over and see what you tapped in second and third gear. Under acceleration and gear shifting the peak does not hold, but goes right back to the boost function. As a default, the setting are right on. If I get some more time I may go into the menu and play with the custimization of the options. The gauge fits great and looks superb! I am really loving this baby. If you are on the fence and not sure I would so come on over to where the grass is greener. Boost, volts, optional AFR add on, sleek looks, great options make this a wonderful value, IMO! Go buy one!!
  7. My retarted a$$ pretty much installed it by myslef, even after I sliced my thumb open. My buddy came later and helped me finish trimming the bumber and soft soap for leak test. Save yourslef the $$$ and find a friend and do it yourself.
  8. Here are my Airboy dyno gains provided by Infamous. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/racerx-infamous1-airboy-gains-140892.html?t=140892&highlight=airboy
  9. I just got my guage today. My only problem right now is stupid crazy work hours! I will get this is as soon as I can and post some results. It looks great!
  10. I just got the PM and sent payment immediately! Work has been so awful busy, but I will get it in and picts as soon as possible! Can't wait and don't be jealous!
  11. That is awesome that you would fix this, but to save yourself alot of headache and save some of your profits, I would see who actually needs one and then just have the new pipes with new orders. No point in sending them out if they are just gonna sit on someone's toolbox, like mine.
  12. I will spare the tons of picts, since my buddy MSprank has very detailed shots, but I'll throw a few in. http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc138/balrock01/ZR4/FMIC2.jpg http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc138/balrock01/ZR4/FMIC1.jpg http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc138/balrock01/ZR4/FMIC3.jpg http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc138/balrock01/ZR4/FMIC4.jpg I am still being revised on my tune, but I can tell a big difference with the heat and humidity. The car is not begging for mercy like it used to. I have only got on it hard for the data logs, so I am waiting before I give her a proper shake down. Boost cut is a cheap thrill!
  13. LOL! I could have finished, but the wife said I was done for the day when I finally got home. It was a brand new blade. I wish to god I could take the day off, but we are so swamped for a change. I am going to throw the bumper and intake on and I will be done. Gotta get that flash on and get moving for that tune time! Good times for sure!!
