I use Castrol GTX 5w30 w/ oem filter every 4,000-4,500. Was getting analysis done at Blackstone and everything looked good (had high copper once), and they said I could go to 5,000 no problem.

I may be wrong, but I believe it depends on whether it's a turbo model or not. I think the turbo plugs are every 60k, and the non-turbo's are every 30k.

I haven't checked them out, though I live...
