Yeah it does, went to napa bought a new hose and clamps. Managed to move the hose a little and the clamps and seems to be holding fine now.

Yeah the tear wasn't that bad and the turbo bascially covered that part anyway, but it is in the near future that when I do my timing belt that will be getting replaced as well.
