Just buy a set of springs from Swift to replace the BC spring. They can do whatever rates you want and they can sell you shorter springs.

It's a stretch. I've seen much larger stretch though. The place who mounted the tires had just gotten done stretching a 195/50/16 on an 11" wheel. That's insane.
