does this shorten the time in the shift from when you click the shifter? it usually takes a second from the time you click it up to the next gear till the shift even happens...

I just bought an 05 LGT Wagon 5 spd, 107,000mi well maintaned for $6500....it needed its 100k service, brakes and tires. but i think i got a pretty good deal. if anyone wants to give me 14k its gone....
