My vote is to lower the boost target as the others have stated. You are not at the setup that requires a larger sensor, IMO.
You are spooling fast and overshooting the target, probably.

IMO its too open of a wheel for such a large car. Big cars need wide spokes or a more "full" rim. Maybe with real brakes my opinion would change.
But for a narrow spoke rim I love them.
