  1. Nice write up Ian! Glad I could help you out with the swap, its my LGT in the pictures, which I sold a month ago! Can't wait to see this in person! JP
  2. Small update on my end, have one of the first beta units of the latest version, and still going strong! When having a small question or when in doubt, Andy replies to his emails extremely fast, for the ones that are hesitating, don't, this is the "boost gauge" to have! JP
  3. Mine is running good since the firmware update Andy sent me! Was able to load the firmware easy with the instructions and the new update Andy gave me. Hasnt done any weird alarms now! JP
  4. For those running the gauge with oil pressure, what kind of readings do you all have? I just want to make sure my readings are correct; http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/perfect-oil-pressurei-173032.html?p=3669825#post3669825 Just wondering if my readings are the same as everyone running the VBG1 oil pressure. JP
  5. Mine is also working well! Will try loading a new firmware tonight, as I have one from Andy! Looking forward to it, JP
  6. This is my problem: It happened a couple times at most, mostly when taking off from a light! I'm under vacuum and oil pressure is #1, I didnt understand! JP
  7. Meanwhile, I'll get Andy to investigate. How come only Monday? JP
  8. Let me know Code, if you get any strange glitches! It happened only 3 times, and this in about 600miles. JP
  9. Code, yours still running good? Mine is flawless, minus some small bugs that Andy is aware, I'm loving this! My gauge freaked out and was alarming me(alarm function), but I was under vacuum and everything was good, that's my small bug! Andy, when you are ready, send us the instruction to reprogram the gauge please with the wire and laptop! JP
  10. Been running the 1.05 beta unit for a day now! Really liking the new features. Had the original beta unit vbg. The auto turn-off display is a nice addition. The oil pressure works good and the boost filtering is nice, but somewhat misleading. I peek boost at 16.5psi according to my logging (romraider), and yet under high-filtration, the peek I get on the gauge is 14.5-14.9psi max... I'll change the filtration and see if it changes. Would anyone know, if the boost value in romraider is accurate to compare? How can I see the real time boost in a log? JP
  11. Got my replacement unit! Installed and everything seems to be working! Boost, oil pressure, and voltage all working! Did a quick run, and made sure everything was working! Will report back in the next week with updates and suggestions! Keep up the good work Andy! JP
  12. The new version of the gauge does! It goes to 45psi I believe! JP
  13. Thanks Andy for the update! Looking forward to my other unit! JP
  14. I'll be installing my beta-unit this weekend/next week with the oil-pressure sender as well! Looking forward to the new unit! I had the first generatiom beta unit of the VBG1! Can't wait to give this newer beta unit a try! JP
