Buy an aftermarket battery. I have a Die Hard platinum as my vehicle also has the garmin, but also 2 Alpine amps, subs, Alpine deck and stage 2 mids/reference speakers. No problems ever. $250 battery...

I had some dealer tell me that my 09 SE was worth 11k last October with only 16k miles. Sure glad I kept it and didn't trade for the 11' GT.
