I see. Well I definitely notice it. The timing belt was done at Subaru. Seems like of all places they should have gotten the timing right...it is a mystery.

Actually it was discovered that the timing belt...

Actually it was discovered that the timing belt tensioners were not replaced when the timing belt was and thus the timing belt is off by two teeth. This should explain the cam angle code. Fingers...
