It's not the relays then, there is no way that both bulbs or both fuses or both relays blew at the exact same time.

My headlights and my DRLs won't come on. The first time this happened I set and released the parking brake and this fixed the problem, it is happening again and resetting the parking brake won't fix...

When getting new brake pads, do you always resurface the rotors? I always say no unless there is wobbling, but the shops always want to resurface anyway.
