  1. Buffalo area (Cheektowaga) Saw a azurite blue 2010+ LGT with mudflaps making a right onto Walden Ave from Dick Rd
  2. Just got it and put it on. Thanks again Mike! For those that don't have the tool (or patience to wait until you get one like me) to tighten the cables, I did a little trick to get everything real tight. Now I don't know if this was something that I could have damaged the intercooler, but luckily didn't and it seems to have worked out perfectly. Also, this might not make sense unless you actually have the bulletproof products. 1) Sand the tabs (like mentioned in the instructions) but just a tiny bit so when you put the 3/8 aluminum U-channel over the 2-3 tabs closest to the top/bottom (end?) of the intercooler you can push down on the channel and it will pop on but you can't push the u-channel onto all the intercooler tabs. 2) Place the 3/8 U-channel over all the tabs and GENTLY hit the channel onto the tabs (I used a rubber mallet) until it can no longer go on any further. 3) Tighten the cable tie as best as you can (so that it won't come out of the drilled grooves on the aluminum u-channels) 4) Take a flat head screw driver and push the outer side of the u-channel (side touching the plastic) up about 1mm. That should tighten the cable snug and no doubt should still give you the protection over the tabs to keep them in place The reason I felt fine with lifting the u-channel ~1mm on the 3/8 u-channel is because it seems most stock TMIC tabs fail where the 1/2 u-channel goes. When I placed my 1/2 u-channel on it wasn't snug and would come off if I didn't hold it on (before tightening the cable) Now that I did the steps mentioned above, the 1/2 u-channel doesn't move at all. If the stores around me had the tool to tighten it, I would have obviously bought one and used it. PLEASE TRY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Like I said earlier, I could have just gotten lucky when tapping the u-channel in place and not cracking the plastic (thought I doubt it would happen because I didn't hit it hard at all, just tapped the u-channels). Now I'm going to go relax and drink some homemade summer ale:icon_mrgr. Thanks again Mike! I was so surprised to see it in my mailbox when I got home from work because I was expecting to get it tomorrow or Friday. Also, amazing job on the instructions! Very in depth and make install foolproof.
  3. ^Thank you! I can't wait to actually use it. Me and my friend just got a group to go down to Ellicottville for a weekend so it's already paying off. I'm hoping to use it a lot this winter...now if it would just snow haha
  4. Finally purchased and put mine on. Sorry for the bad pics, wanted to snap them with my cell before it got dark out. http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc505/prd11588/IMAG0564-1.jpg http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc505/prd11588/IMAG0563-1.jpg
