  1. Looks great! I have 255's on 18x8.5 et45 that I'm trying to make fit. I think i may need some top hat spacers and quite a bit of a fender roll though. How close are you to stock ride height after you raised it half an inch? Thanks
  2. This is an interesting thread. My 07gt will always shift aggressively the day after it was driven hard and granny shift a day after sitting in stop-n-go traffic for my 2 hr commute. If driven hard multiple days in a row it will continue to act accordingly. I just assumed this was normal, given it will learn the drivers style, and didn't think much of it. Does the hall effect sensor suffer from metallic debris accumulating on it or the associated reluctor, or does the magnet weaken over time? I didn't take the time to read any of the links in this thread yet, but it looks like you found a happy solution for you without tearing into the trans.
  3. Motive Autowerks Composite TGV/ Zero lift Are these worth anything these days and what should I expect these to bring to the table as a cost/performance ratio? Any issues with them? Do they work, help, or are they just bragging rights, eye candy? I have taken a break from Subie life and I am just now looking at getting back into a legacy DD. Thanks everyone!
  4. I am/would be interested, but after 2 yrs of people waiting I don't see this happening. Why Cobb would even bother with such an old and limited platform is beyond me, but it's likely less than a days worth of coding and repackaging of existing hardware so if they wanted to do it it should be simple enough...
  5. So I need to take the dash apart to find out? I didn't get much out of that vid other than seeing some possible date codes in the mold on the underside of the dash really. Are there any known safe dash protectants to use like armor all?
  6. Maybe I missed it, but where is the dash date code? I had mine replaced last year and it took 2 weeks to get it because they said it was one of the last ones available. I am now wondering if it was old stock.
  7. Labor rate is cheap, strait time is reasonable at 16 hrs, those are really cheap spark plugs but why the oil pan? I did heavy line for years so I had the tools to check heads and decks without the need to send good parts off to the machine shop. They may have saved you some money there if they did inhouse inspections.
  8. I did not, must be confused with someone else.
  9. Hi, I was doing some digging for some parts, and saw that you bought the RRev scoop extension. Any more detailed pics of it?
  10. ... does anyone even read these fourms anymore? Have they officially died? I just look at the pictures....
  11. And thanks to your post I thought the OP had posted an update when you just botched my anticipation, like I just did unto others, muffing this thread, by posting this.
