Just want to say thank you to everyone on this tread and legacygt.com that described the same issue I was having with my LGT 2008 automatic. We were going crazy trying to narrow down what the issue could be. A lot of man hours on the trouble shooting were spent with negative results until I search on Google and read this tread. The front oxygen sensor was the culprit and as mentioned here no CEL what so ever. Did unplug the bastard oxygen sensor and went for a ride and the car was running without any issues. Went back to the shop plugged the oxygen sensor back again and the problems were there. A new oxygen sensor was bought and the car is running perfect again. Having the same problem, waiting for the VAG-COM Cable arrives to do the reset. Will post results once done.
