From a strictly business perspective, you're going to be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to spend the time/money in the production of ~4 headers (according to the N/A thread). Get the demand into the hundreds, and you might have a shot.

Exactly. That's why I've said NO to modding my 2.5i and will be getting an 08 spec B when I'm all said and done w/ school....

Equal length headers are good from a performance standpoint. I think they sound good, even though not "traditional". Maybe the sound will grow on you.

Hmm. How about the Borla ones? Will these not fit?

no those wont fit on the 2006 models only 2005 our oil pan is in a differnet location if im correct....see how those headers curve at the end....the 2006 headers dont they are straight, and connect on the other side of the header

Legacy2.5R 01-11-2007 02:05 AM

Yes, we carry them.

I'm glad the sway bar worked out. Thanks!

I can't believe would rather have their car sound "cool" than have better performance. It's just wrong.

Legacy2.5R 02-01-2007 09:33 PM

true...equal length are better in the performance end of it
but unequal length are still better than stock, so its not like its hurting you, just not giving you as much

but you have a good point

subiecity 02-02-2007 06:02 PM

in the beginning i honestly didint kno i posted this blog like 5 months ago after time i learned that its the unequal lenth headers that give the subaru its burble well at least some of it.....as of right now i prefer equal lenth headers...if they werent 600 bucks and still throw a CEL so **** it

Hanger 03-19-2007 04:17 PM

I thought 05's have unequal length? I know the 06 and 07 definitely have equal length. Can someone confirm?
