03 legacy possible purchase
 

I am looking at an 03 legacy but I am new to Subaru. It had a 2.5 but the guy sold it for parts. He wants $1500 for it w/o engine. I've swapped motors before but never a Subaru. Is this worth it and what engines will fit?

It doesn't have a hood scoop or spoiler so I'm guessing its the lower model sedan.


Can I put a Wrx motor or anything in it?

I can't help at all with an answer, but what do you want your end result to be? Daily Driver, winter car, build project...etc
