Average Age driver?

Well for one I have yet to see another 2010+ Legacy 3.6R Limited in Birmingham, AL :P

But I have a 2012 Legacy 3.6R Limited and I am 21. Everytime I go into the dealer they look at me weird and when I bought my car new the guy at the dealer kept pushing me towards a WRX... Am I too young for this car? Everyone I know love's my Legacy, but its not the *cool* hip car everyone my age wants.

I got the legacy because of the horrible luck I have had with previous cars, and I love the way it looks.

I'm in a very similar situation. Bought a new Legacy at early 20's. The salesman didn't push me towards an Impreza but did comment that was their "young" car and was surprised I was buying a Legacy instead.

If it was terrible luck picking up ladies, sorry to say but the Legacy will not help you. Some say it's as plain vanilla as a Camry.

43 wishing I was still 21.....

27 here. And I enjoy my 3.6r limited. I get a chuckle when I drive around after work in my shirt and tie without tinted windows and play something with heavy bass now and then, and noone can figure out that its coming from the grandpa mobile with a well dressed driver

When I bought my first Subaru my wife said..."Come on...that's an old man's car" Then a few years ago I was driving to the States in my '06 LGT and the border gaurd asked it it was my car... "Yes"...His reply was "Aren't you a bit old for that kinda car?"
Guess you just can't win :)

I think my car matches me perfectly now...gray. If the car was 43 years old as well, it'd be perfect!

Just turned 25 last week. When I bought my. GT My thought process was that its more grown up and.has more luxury type options than wrx/stis for daily driving habits. It a unique car compared to others out there and I get compliments all the time. My friends seem to love it too.
There is 2guys I know quite well at the dealership and one of the new sales reps came over the last time I was ordering a few things and was like ...sooo you must Stuart, I've heard all about this but I thought you were at least 45... I couldnr help but to laugh.
Even our locap subies guys never knew who I ws or knew who owned it until I went to a few meets and I shock a lot of people. Makes me feel more professional and accomplished I guess
