STi Intake Manifold
 
Does anyone know if a 2007 STi intake manifold (red aluminum) is a direct swap for our cars?

From what I understand, both have AVCS and DBW for the USDM market, so I would assume that all of the necessary vacuum and sensor ports are there.

Ok so my Turbo has 110k miles. Thinking i'm going to need a rebuild in the next year or two. Would it be worth it if one was planning a rebuild?

Rutchard, Why do you say that? The EJ255 and EJ257 blocks and heads are essentially the same except for internals.

See how the STi manifold has the throttle in the middle? Now go look at your LGT and see how the throttle is all the way over on the driver's side? The STi manifold is not going to line up with your TMIC's output. Haven't really looked much, but the 5th gen intake manifold might even be shorter since it doesn't have to make room for a turbo inlet under it like the WRX/STi/4th gen LGT.

Other than looks I don't see any reason to put the STi manifold on. No real power gains to be had. Just sounds complicated for the sake of being complicated.
