Trimming bumper

What do u guys use to trim ur bumper for a FMIC? Thanks!

Windy Road 12-05-2012 01:38 PM

I used a sharp razor blade, couple score marks and snapped the piece off.

Dremeled it

Dremel and patience.

Dremel as well... Except I wasnt patient about it and it looks shitty because of it. Take your time and do it right. Helps to have a disc for plastic. Ones for metal just melt it to hell.

I think I will just get a Dremel since u can use it for other things too. Funny how many DIY for FMIC don't tell u what they use to trim the bumper with! Thank again guys!

Air cut off wheel. See my avatar, I cut that for the FMIC.

As I did to make this one fit behind the lower grill.
