FS (MA): Yakima 44" Fairing

Sold!

For sale I have a used Yakima 44" fairing. It came with a set of bars I bought off of Nabisco, but I already have a fairing that I've stickered up the way I like, so I'm selling this one. I'd like to get $45 shipped out of it. Prefer local pickup first though, located in Chelmsford, MA. It was on a car for one season, then stored for a season. Very good condition, and like I said I'm only selling it because I already have one. Local pickup I can do $35

bumping

Would this fit ok with round Thule bars?

bucko3the7man 12-03-2012 10:43 PM

I don't see why not. I can measure the circumference of the Yakima bats tomorrow if you want so you can see if it's the same as the Thule bars

BarManBean 12-03-2012 11:32 PM

Yeah, whenever you have a chance. No rush.

Circumference seems to be about 3 and 3/4". Diameter looks to be about an inch and a quarter

will check mine when i get home today. if you can grab a shipping quote to 22152 that would be cool. USPS parcel post is usually pretty cheeeeeeeep.

I'll be honest, I haven't even priced these out or done any research. Is 44" the right size for a wagon?

Will do. Just gotta find a box. 44" is about right, check this picture out of my sedan. New these are 79 on Yakima's website

Yes

BarManBean 12-06-2012 05:32 PM

Hey OP, thanks for checking on all that. I think I've discovered that I need a MUCH shorter fairing for my wagon (like, 32" instead of 44"), so I'm out!

bucko3the7man 12-07-2012 11:41 AM

No problem! Bump!
