Another LGT bites the dust
 

Ran my car into a telephone pole at 30mph. Fell asleep behind the wheel and woke up after the airbag deployed. Car is totaled but I am ok. Dang man, thats really rough. Sounds like its a good thing you're ok though, that could have certainly ended much worse.

Wow... That is terrible in so many ways. Good thing you made it out and are alright. thankfully it's just a car and it can be replaced.

If I did this I'd want to buy it back and do a swap into a non-turbo model / model year, like an 04 LL Bean Outback GT.

Doubt I will be parting it out but who knows. Now I am stuck with my wife's prius. After last night I wont be getting another LGT or anything like it for a while. I'll keep you all updated though.

Man, that pole wasn't exactly forgiving. Looks like there's quite a lot there that can be salvaged though, would the engine still be OK? headers and UP might have taken a hit, hard to tell.
