Hmm I'm really debating either picking this up and keeping my GTI or Trading in my GTI for 2013 WRX... + 15000 Cash

I have had 2006 & 2008 Legacy 2.5i and 1998 LGT with WRX swap and 2000 LGT and i really love the Legacy compared to the WRX. At the same time it's hard to let go of my GTI the comfort and the handling and interior quality it's so hard to give up for AWD.

I have missed an LGT with 89k miles for $8900 a few weeks ago :( i drove it and decided not to buy it. It was modded very poorly. It had a stage 2 clutch that was annoying. :(

This is the WRX I'm considering. But being the only one in WA they don't want to budge on the price at all.

That WRX is fully loaded. I know it's a lot of money. I would rather get the Golf R :) hmm

That's the reason why i posted here about the legacy. I was hoping the owner would chime in. or something. The dealer first told me that the owner wanted to upgrade the engine parts. Then i had a buddy call and ask and the dealer told him that there was a problem with the 4th piston. He said not to worry that the engine has 1 year warranty.

A bit of searching brought this ad back - http://seattle.ebayclassifieds.com/c...r/?ad=23540218 . With this tidbit "THIS LEGACY HAS A NEW $8,000 DOLLAR WARRANTED ENGINE, ALL NEW, NEW CLUTCH ECT.. ALL RECORDS, COMPARE TO ANY PLEASE CALL ROBERT @ NEW ENGINE WRNTY"

Carfax says there are 39 entries about this car. It might be worth pulling it if you are serious. Also, look at the service records, too. Lastly, get a really good pre-purchase inspection.

Yes i found that as well, that's doesn't say shit. It was posted by the same dealer that has the car right now.
