Please post pics of your black headlights.
 

Looking to do my headlights in black, but didnt know what style i should do or what looks the best. There are lots to choose from, all black, jdm and so forth. It would really help to see what other members have done to thier cars, also gives other members a chance to be post whores and show off their cars as well lol. So once again thanks for reading and look foward to the pics. :needpics: :cool:

also wanted to know is flat black the way to go or gloss black??

^^ I love that look, might do something similar but in a semi-gloss black. Anything that will help break up the size of these HL's, especially on SWP.

Only picture of a black headlight housing I have on my computer is before they were even put in, haha. (And a crappy quality one from my old phone.) I like flat black on my SWP, I think gloss black would look odd, but that's just me.

For the yellows in the lights...eh I don't really like it, I don't like it looks on that BMW either. It's not that it looks bad, but it could look better :P Although once again, that's just me.

I'll try to get some actually on the car later, if you need more comparisons.

How hard is it to clear the new lights. And I know there is a light behind the amber piece, did you guys just remove that or what. I cleared my wagons lights, but just nervous about opening up a brand new light

some do it themselves, other have someone to do it for them. there is a member named idrvslo who is very expensive but does excelent work. but if there is someone in your area who is has experiance in doing this mod then go for it. But word of caution make...... sure he is able to pay for what mistakes he may incounter in doing this mod. Other than that good luck and hope this answers your question.
