Dunno man, at 4x the price for new with 2 year contract thats hard to justify, especially with the new one out.

Not really. Not everyone wants a 2 yr contract, or may need a replacement phone. Also, if you are on virgin mobile you can't buy a subsidized phone. I am flexible with price ... But do have a low point . The phone is truly like new though, so if you're interested it could be a good buy for someone.

I'm not saying your price is too high, just that for me, its hard to justify the cost, but then again I haven't upgraded phones in 3 years so just look at me as a cheapskate :) You did ask "Thoughts on price?" so I gave you my thoughts

On price: Amazon has them listed used for $319 (pre shipping).

You can't compare to Amazon's marketplace. Its a crap shoot. No pictures, no way to verify anything. $319 is for the bottom of the barrel. Anyways. I don't have this anymore so it can be locked up. If for some reason Amazon rejects my trade-in I will put it back up.
