Am I the only one

who thinks that the turn signals turn off way too early on this car?

acumenhokie 09-15-2012 03:10 PM

Yes?

laz 09-15-2012 03:57 PM

Once you are starting to straighten the wheel, only helen keller would not realize you are turning....

This is the only car I have ever driven where the turn signal turns off halfway into my turn. Pretty much every other car does so when I straighten the steering wheel out (from what I recall). I drove my cousins Charger last weekend and immediately noticed how much later it turns off as I have noticed that mine does so early since I purchased it.

Maybe I'm driving it wrong? Haha. Or, mine is one of a kind.

Problem is, it turns off halfway into a turn most of the time and I feel that if there is a police officer to my right, he wouldn't even see that I had my turn signal on.

Mine is actually delayed. Sometimes I come out of a turn and it is still blinking. I have to sometimes turn it off manually. :iam:

Thanks for actually using your turn signals.

I always use my turn signals. I even get turn signal happy and use them all over parking lots when nobody is around. Lol.

craftmatic 09-17-2012 09:28 AM

Yup, but Thanks for actually using them.

Ozzy please tell me you were pulling
In for gas.

Ozzy 09-18-2012 05:32 AM

Haha. I got gas the next day. I'm lazy when it comes to going to gas stations.

Unravel the wheel later in the turn? Or maybe you are being overly sensitive to it?

I've had a bunch of 5th gen loaners, and none of them seemed to click off before I was essentially going straight again or at least had completed most of the turn (enough that it clicking off would not be an issue I'd notice).
