HID lighting recommendations please

Looking to do hid headlights and fog lights. What kits should I get and where? Don't want a blue looking light more of a true white. The stock lights are too yellow. Also Do I lose the dlr lights doing the conversion?

You could go with 4300 but I HIGHLY recommend 5000k.http://ultimatecarforum.com/smf/gara...olor_chart.jpghttp://ultimatecarforum.com/smf/gara...idchartbc0.jpg

usually factory hids are 4300k but I would go with 5000k, less loss of lumens and a whiter light

I am very tempted to order, but I want to pull the headlights and get an idea of how the "squirrel finder" looks and is configured in the '13 projectors, so if I install without a proper projector retrofit, I am excessively blinding people more then I will having the kit.

If you want the OE look, 4300's.

The morimoto kits on that site are one of the best bang for the buck kits ever.

4300k & 4500k are your pure white range, I'd recommend those. I have the Apexcone 55w Raptor V2s from http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Ap...Raptor-HID-Kit. They have life time warranty on both bulbs and ballasts and the 55w kit is $44. So usually I just buy 2 sets and if there's ever any problems, I can switch out and send the other one back for a free replacement. I've been on my first set for over 2 years without a glitch. I don't use the harness either. Their 4500k is more of a pure white because its a 55w and its very bright.

I have the vvme 55w 8k hid kit in mine. I love it, other people that drive past me or in front of me do not! I paid $60 bucks shipped to my house

So being an ass on the road is something to be proud of?

They are not that bright. I was being sarcastic. They are no different than oem. I have them aimed lower so they are not bad
