New Rogue, The Mods Begin
Well, since I just got my new 2011 LGT I have driven about 1500 miles. I just changed the oil to synthetic and installed my first mods.
Mods so far are: Blizzak LM-60's on the stock rims - I love these tires now that it has started to snow! They make driving in snow nearly like driving on dry pavement  Window tinting at 35% done by Autopia in Glendale Heights, IL. - Love the tint, not to dark and is good even at night. I think 20% would have been to dark and very annoying while driving at night. http://lh3.ggpht.com/_W28I9cb6jqI/TT...0/DSC00015.JPG Clear Bra (3M Film) on the front bumper, 18" up the hood and on the mirrors also done by Autopia. This was a custom job and took a long time. They did a pretty good job, cost me about $400. There are a couple of bubbles that worry me so I will take it back and have them work them out. Invidia Q300 Cat-Back exhaust - It is much quieter than the Magnaflow I had on my 2008 Spec.B. Though I think the magnaflow sounds deeper and meaner I like this Q300 as it doesn't get to loud and doesn't drone as much. You really notice it at start up and when accelerating or down-shifting and that is exactly what I wanted. I don't think I will do a DP with this one as that means a Protune (for me) too and I don't feel like taking this one as far as I took my B. Got this from http://www.fredbeans.com http://lh5.ggpht.com/_W28I9cb6jqI/TT...0/DSC00053.JPG http://lh3.ggpht.com/_W28I9cb6jqI/TT...0/DSC00064.JPG http://lh4.ggpht.com/_W28I9cb6jqI/TT...0/DSC00066.JPG 19MM Rear Swaybar - got this bar after reading this post: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea...cs-148945.html You can see the bar installed in the cat-back pick above ^^. Haven't driven enough to notice much of a difference myself. Probably feel the difference when I put my summers on and get to have a little more spirited driving :p WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit - if you are in a place that has snow (salty roads) or you might get mud all over your shoes (and therefore your car floor) these floor mats are awesome and I highly recommend them. The Subaru all-weather floor mats are pretty nice but these DigitalFit mats are 20x better. http://www.weathertech.com/store/pro...ItemGroupId=52 Lastly (for now) are the Hella Supertones. I was browsing this thread: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea...ge-152494.html and decided it was time to let the other idiots (drivers near me) know that they are trying to get into my lane when I am currently occupying the very spot they want to move into. Got them from Subimods.com and did the horns, bracket and harness - only way to do it. I posted a before and after vid on youtube. You can barely see them in the pic, which is good but you certainly hear them! http://lh4.ggpht.com/_W28I9cb6jqI/TT...0/DSC00062.JPG That's all for now. -Rogue77` |

Sick mods so far man - loving the color/tints/wheels - really going well together. Any plans for future modifications? What about the interior?
|
Left exhaust tip?
|
Very nice. I love that color.

I was thinking about an Azentek Smart mirror or a stealth mirror for my passport but the stealth mirror might be more of a hassle than anything - but the smart mirror might be a real option, though I would hate to give up my homelink! Not sure what else I could do in there. -Rogue77` |

Looks great, I think dr_sharp was commenting on how the left exhaust tip doesn't appear to be lined up straight with the opening. Just a bit left of center.
|
Yes. I was just being picky. Other than that, those tips fit great in the bumper openings.

Planning to add the Cobb Accessport?
|
Mods look great. I have a 3M clear bra. It has been quite effective. I have a few places where the stone as dinged the film and protected the paint. The front hood edge is really holding up well.
My guess is the CBE will not offer noticable performance gains on the stock ECU map. |
