Post your blacked-out headlight pictures!
Show off your blacked out headlights. Include your close-up shots so we can see the design. I'm especially interested in steel silver metallic cars with blacked out headlights.
While discussing this... what would you guys consider the best paint to make it look factory? Engine enamel paint, the good ol' Krylon Fusion or other? |

Hm.. I did the same thing but Im worried about turn signal visibility, did you change your bulb or was it amber to begin with?
My turn signal is clear but the lens (Which i removed) was amber, so now mine is clear... |
The bulb was always amber.
It really didn't mess with the visibility very much. |

Two sets from this weekend. Both done with a 24hour turnaround. Too fast IMHO. I need 3 days to get it perfect. I will be buying a new set of OEM 2010 lamps and perfecting the JDM black out.

Working on some 07's now that I think you will like. Black out, LED Halos, HID's. Paint is drying now. Will have them finished Wed. Will take pix. Got creative with the black out.

Rattle can. Custom colors I get out the compressor and gun.
220grit sand, primer, 600grit sand, primer, 600grit sand, flat black, 600grit sand, flat black. All by hand. |
