What did you do to your 4th gen. Legacy today? Volume-1 (CLOSED)
I am borrowing the idea from another site, because i have found it to be an interesting way to figure out some cool mods and to see what other members are up to. I'll go first.
Filled her with a tank of 91, and taking her to the dealer later to finally get the TCU reflashed. This past weekend, I put on the tinted tail kit from zag300zx. http://i.pgu.me/XJzXkeym_original.jpg |

Scraped heavy frost of the windshield, btw, it's the first time this season.

Hmm... Drove it a bit. I'll be doing more tomorrow. Still has the front plate bracket which will be removed. Also thinking of retrofitting a grill.
Oh and may be getting my AP tomorrow too! |
Drove from work in SE PA to home in upstate NY and just south of the Lehigh Tunnel watched the odometer turn to 100000. Still trying to decide which rotors and brakes to get so I'm ready for the replacement that'll be needed in probably about 5,000 miles.

reinforced my s204 lip with rivots. Everytime I bottom out going down a hill, it pulls the lip away from my bumper. And those cheap screws and washers just don't cut it. Then after that, drove around on the highway with my new tuned car by BrenTuned!
|
Um... I ripped out one of the ABS sensors (don't ask)
|
Installed a Cobb XLE BPV
|
Got new tire-pressure gauges installed after the old ones were broken when the mechanics were putting on my 2 new rims, and 4 new tires thanks to the Boone County road crews thinking that gravel was a perfect replacement for a ditch they made across the road before a rainy weekend.

loaded up the latest rev from Infamous1 and worked finishing up my wiring project in my dash. I'm wiring power/sound to my cell phone (droid 2) mount on the dash with the wires coming out of a AC vent. The power will connect to a charger inside the dash and the sound will be routed to the aux in on my stereo. My AP also has a flat retractable USB cable running in the dash that comes out of the same vent and is routed to the AP which sits in a cell phone holder as well b/c I like to use it as a boost gauge.
I'm also finishing up the wiring for what's starting as two switches under the leather of my shifter boot. They are hidden from view but when you feel the leather in the right spot you can easily use the switches still. They are going to be for 1) opening and closing my exhaust cutout and 2) killing my stereo/AP/radar detector etc if I get pulled over. I made a steel bracket to hold the switches at the same height as the trim around it. |
