Try 'phoning' the company. It's how us old fogies used to conduct business with each other. Amazingly, it worked well for many many years.;) |
Maybe something is up? Crucial has been on here a LOOOOONG time and they are not known to screw you over or they would have gone the TDC way. However, I do understand your excitibility. I would try the phone, try another email or PM and then dispute with the C.C. Everything should turn out right. They have a pretty good rap on here.

Well, that's just... disappointing. Jeremy has been a good Vendor here in the past, and hopefully will be again, but yeah, if you haven't heard from him for a month you gotta try and get your money back. He started a new job with Tesla not too long ago; I hope that's just keeping him too busy and it's not something else.

I purchased a kit from him back in November and was very happy with it. 3 weeks ago the ballast failed on one of the lights. I emailed him on Saturday and have gotten no response. All I want is to know where to get a replacement ballast. If anybody knows where to go and what to get I would appreciate it. It seems that I heard something about an accident involving Tesla employees. I hope nothing bad has happened.

I just Googled it and found bad news and good news. Bad news is 3 Tesla employees died in a plane grash in february. Good news is that he apparently wasn't one of them.
