Background Information :

Well I still love this car, but I've caught the Mustang bug and would like to swap this out for a 2013. Its a 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B # 371. I am the second owner of this car, the first owner was another forum member that babied the car as well and traded it in with 15k miles. It's currently at about 81,300 miles. I worked at a detailing shop for 5 years, so this car was detailed frequently. I have the title free and clear on this car. It has never been in any accidents, but a friend did back into it about a year and a half ago, and it has a small dent in the passenger fender. I never bothered to fix it because the damage was so light, and I didn't want them to replace the panel and have to match the paint, etc. So I left it as is. No broken paint or anything so there's no risk of rust issues. There's also a scratch on the rear bumper from backing into a plastic garbage can about 2 years ago. The front end also has it's fair share of small stone chips from most of the miles being highway miles. Interior is in great shape with a a couple scratches in front passenger seat leather (light), and a small separation of the leather at the 2 o'clock position on the steering wheel. The car still looks great, and I still get compliments on it frequently, but I want to disclose everything. It hasn't been driven a lot since June when I took delivery of my 2013 BRZ. I've had the oil changed with Penzoil synthetic every 3,750-5,000 miles. The car comes with the standard stock 18 inch rims with Sumitomo HTR ZIII tires that were installed this past spring and only have a couple thousand miles on them. It also comes with a set of ASA 17 inch wheels for the wintertime along with some Blizzak LM-25s that still have some tread left on them (this will probably be my last winter with them). I have 2 sets of rubber mats for the winter time as well that will go along with the car. I have also done the following modifications to the car:
  • Apexcone 35w Xenon headlights (5000K)
  • Perrin Drop-In Filter
  • Perrin Catback Exhaust
  • Perrin 22mm front and rear sway bars
  • Megan Racing Up-pipe
  • GFB Hybrid Bov
  • Omori 45mm Boost Gauge
  • Hawk HPS Pads (and stock pads that still have 50% life will be included)
  • 12 in J&L Audio subwoofer with a 100W amp (brand unknown)
  • 35% window tint (slight peeling in the a-pillar corner, hardly noticeable).

I'm looking to get $14,500 with all the parts and the winter wheels. I'm not in a rush to sell it. I have high res versions of these pics plus many more, I'm just limited to the restrictions of this new picture rule. So PM me your email if you want the high-res versions.

UPDATE: When I took the car in recently for an oil change they informed me that the brakes are at 5/32 and will need replacing in the spring, along with the rotors. Because of this, I've dropped the price to $14,500.

It is a little expensive. The price should be more around $19,000 IMHO

BoozeRS05 01-04-2009 08:05 PM

^ Stock, I would agree..

BUT, there's a modest $1200 in used aftermarket parts (without reliability concerns) & the car was treated very well mechanically & aesthetically..

Thanks for the kind words booze, chances are I won't sell it. I didn't price it to sell fast, I'm not in a rush. If someone doesn't want it for the price listed, I'll just keep it. This was just a feeler thread.
