DiscoWagon
You need the rear glass, probably the same task as getting JDM rear windshield on an Impreza.
LGT Dave
The motor and wiper assembly sit on either side of the rear glass. Therefore there are 2 options to have the rear wiper - as DiscoWagon said, you can get the JDM rear glass with the wiper already installed, or you could try and buy the motor and wiper assembly and (very carefully) put a hole in your rear glass so that it can be installed. In my opinion, neither option really seems to be worth the trouble.
tangcla
Having own threed coupes in the past, the lack of rear wiper really annoys me when it rains...

rabydanimal
Dunno why, but rear wipers definitely look clutch on cars. Maybe just 'cause it's teh JDM.
tangcla
CHecked - rear glass will cost at least $900 + shipping. Looks like that idea's gone... sigh...
Gator GT
Yeah, a number of us looked into it for the BD's a couple years back....t'ain't cheap! Someone successfully (supposedly) drilled their rear glass and got the wiper motor, switch and arm installed.
