noticeable difference between 2.0R 150HP, 2.0R 165HP & 2.5i 175HP

Hello everybody

I'm looking for legacy 2007 2.0R 165HP but its rare to find one in good condition

and there is a lot of 2008 2.0R 150HP here..

so my question is: those 15HP is worth the chase? or it feels the same? and how much quicker the 2.0i 173HP version feels compare to these?
